I just wanted to tell you how happy I am that I met Chau and learned of her company. I have used her company twice recently for termite inspections for home sales and the process was easy and seamless. They came out the very next day after placing an order and then I found out the results.....within a day! I was amazed by this as I am used to pest companies taking much longer to respond (if at all)
I am thrilled and surprised by their entire process and promptness (Real Estate transactions are tricky enough....glad I won't have anymore pest company drama or hassle in the future)

I really appreciate the prompt, professional, and courteous response throughout. We list REO properties for Bank of America and have a consistent amount of development/investment projects, along with regular and short sales. We are scheduled to close on 4 properties this month on the listing side. I tried to cancel treatment with another company, One Pest (buyer had chosen for inspection) because the lady was very rude and unprofessional everytime on the phone - but it was too late. You certainly will be hearing from me on future transactions. Again, thanks for your patience and understanding and help with the CBS code and dropped calls those days. We are moving to larger office space in Arlington and the phone reception should be much better where I don't have to step outside.
